- Introduction
It is an institution established with the aim of ensuring the development and increase of agricultural activities in rural areas, which is carried out with the joint funding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the European Union. This institution aims to support businesses that will be established or have been established in rural areas under certain criteria and conditions.
Within the scope of support of renewable energy sources, ARDSI allows Individuals or Legal entities that meet the conditions of ARDSI, regardless of the sector, to apply under the title 302-7.
- Stages of the Grant Support Process
ARDSI makes a call announcement under the heading 302-7 once a year. The call announcement period is approximately 40 days. Depending on the conditions, the call notice period may be extended.
During the call period, the required documents must be completed and the project must be written digitally and uploaded to the ARDSI’s system within the specified time.
The original and backup copies of the documents uploaded to the ARDSI’s system and the project writing must be delivered to the institution in two files by the investor or the authorized person by proxy.
As a result of the examination of the submitted files, the projects of the investments that are not found to be deficient and suitable are approved by the provincial coordinatorship and sent to the ARDSI center in the mainland, which is the final approval stage.
After ARDSI approves the project, a contract is signed between the institution and the investor.
From the date of signing the contract, it must be completed within the time allowed by ARDSI.
The investments made cannot be transferred or leased for 5 years.
The investments made are regularly checked by the ARDSI on-site control unit every year.
ARDSI grant support is 55% of 500.000 EURO. (Grant Support 275.000 EURO)
There is VAT exemption.
ARDSI fixes the € rate on the date of the call announcement and the investment is presented to ARDSI in Turkish Lira. (The € rate was fixed at 9.32 TL in the last ARDSI call)
The grant of the realized investment is deposited into the bank account determined by the investor.
After the investor makes the investment amount to the bank account of the contractor, the investor submits the bank receipts and the invoice to the institution, the grant amount will be deposited into the bank account specified by the investor within the period determined by the ARDSI.
3.IPARD Program Ranking Criteria:
Required Prerequisites for ARDSI SPP and Issues to Get Additional Points
In the places to be rented, the right to use the real estate where the investment will be made, the 7-year “Supreme Use Right” will be obtained from the Land Registry Directorate, on behalf of the person who will make the investment, and a “Registered Title Deed Registration Sample” will be taken from the same institution.
Only 1 parcel can be applied for on behalf of the same person. If an application is to be made for 2 separate parcels, 2 different persons are required.

Entrepreneur Under 40 = 15 Points
Female Entrepreneur = 15 Points
If Real Person = 15 Points
Education Requirements = 15 Points
Graduates of Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics, Electronic-Communication, Mechatronics and Machinery vocational school, vocational high school, teaching, engineering
Those who have master’s and doctorate degrees from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics, Electronic-Communication, Mechatronics and Machinery departments
Those who have a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree in Energy System Engineering
Those who have a master’s or doctoral degree in Renewable Energy or
3 years of experience: Checks will be made on service records and/or documents showing that you have worked in the relevant field of expertise for at least three years. In the controls, it is necessary to document that there is at least three years of experience in the investment-related sector as of the submission date of the application.
Mountainous or Forested Area Additional Points (On OSB Mountainous Area Boundary) = 10 Points
